Pharmaceutical laboratories adopt remote profiling to complement sales network
The current and future adoption of remote sales profiles (in medical visits or pharmacy) is growing, with the most prominent profile being the hybrid medical visit delegate.
It can be seen that the pandemic has not substantially changed the way pharmaceutical laboratories work with respect to their target and the way they promote their products, but we can see that remote work processes are making a strong comeback to complement face-to-face work. In general, laboratories have the perception that digital tools can improve results and complement face-to-face actions.
